Hi everyone! This past weekend my friends and I took a road trip to Keuka Lake and had such an incredible time. This past year I’ve spent a lot of time in the Finger Lakes and I fall more and more in love with the area every time I take a trip. It’s only about two hours away from Buffalo and if you’re in NYC its about a five hour drive. We stayed at the beautiful Glenn Scott Manor which is the most charming farmhouse in Hammondsport, NY. The house is tucked away with a beautiful yard, but I also loved how close it was to town and local wineries. Here’s a recap of what we did on our trip along with some photos! FRIDAY

We arrived to Glenn Scott Manor in the afternoon and got ready for a wine tasting at Point of the Bluff Vineyards. It was so close to the house and absolutely beautiful. We had a private tasting with Tammy who was so knowledgeable and fun. Everything we had was incredible- my favorite was the red wine paired with a delicious salted chocolate. Tammy put together so many lovely pairings! I loved that everything was locally sourced and had connections to a lot of local families. We had a delicious charcuterie board as well with so many local cheeses and jams. My friends and I ended up picking up some goodies to bring home to share with our families!

After wine tasting we went into town for dinner at The Park Inn. I included a bunch of photos below of what we ordered- wow was everything delicious! The Park Inn focuses heavily on farm to table which is something we loved especially since our meals were so fresh. They even source from the Glenn Scott Farm where we were staying! We all loved of our meals and can’t wait to go back.

Dinner Look:

SATURDAY

I ran to the store on Saturday morning to grab some ingredients for breakfast at the Manor. The Glenn Scott Manor has an incredible kitchen and so much space to entertain. It would be perfect for a family getaway, bachelorette party, or a relaxing weekend away. Click here to book! We cooked breakfast and ate out on the porch which was lovely. The yard is full of plants and has such a beautiful view! After breakfast, Sydney met us on the farm to give us a tour and tell us a little bit more about it. The Glenn Scott Farm provides their crops to a few local businesses as well as the local farmers market- so fun!

In the afternoon their was a BBQ and live music at Point of the Bluff Vineyards which was amazing! The food was incredible and we all loved the event space. They have events happening throughout the summer so definitely make sure you check it out while you’re there. It’s such a beautiful venue with the best view since its up on a hill.

In the evening we planned on having a picnic dinner followed by a fire, but had to adjust our plans because of the rain. We ended up having a lovely dinner at the house and a cozy night in. It was the perfect way to spend a rainy evening.
