Connecticut Trip
Hi everyone! I’m so excited to share all about my trip to Connecticut today! We drove up on Thursday and checked into The J House, it’s such an adorable boutique hotel. I shared some footage of the hotel in my Connecticut Travel Diary. On the day we checked in we relaxed by the pool after our car ride, and then headed to dinner at Crab Shell. After dinner we went back to the hotel to rest up for our super exciting day on Friday. On Friday we woke up, got dressed and headed to VVHQ! Throughout the day I took over the Vineyard Vines snapchat “vvsnaps”- I hope you guys followed along! We started off our amazing day having bagels- every Friday is bagel Friday at VV! After bagels, we took a tour around the headquarters. Everywhere I looked I saw something adorable, there was such an attention to detail. It was so fun walking around the office saying hi to everyone, and seeing what goes on behind the scenes. After our tour, Annie and Emily brought Andrew and I too the photo-studio where we took some studio shots with Alex and got to see where the photos used online are taken. Then we changed into our swim gear and jumped on the boat over to Rowayton. In Rowayton we had lunch and then went paddle boarding. Paddle boarding was so much fun! Sean Burke took some beautiful photos throughout the day. A special thanks to everyone at Vineyard Vines who made our day so incredible!
