Hi everyone! I have been coming to Ellicotville, NY almost every year since I was a little girl. I learned to ski here and have so many wonderful memories in this town. It’s the perfect quick getaway from Buffalo and makes a great weekend trip. The town continues to grow with so many wonderful new businesses popping pop every time I visit! This past weekend my mom and I had the chance to stay at one of the newest rental properties in the area called Base Camp. It is the coziest Tiny Home community only a few minutes from town. We stayed in The Aspen Chalet which is not-so-tiny and sleeps 6. It’s beautifully designed and has so much natural light! It has a large kitchen and living space perfect for a weekend with friends or family. Everything is impeccably decorated and felt like home the moment we stepped in the door. The property has 11 cabins in total that are a variety of sizes making it perfect for all kinds of trips! This would be such a fun getaway with friends for a ski trip or the perfect spot for a bachelorette!

There are a lot of great spots to eat and drink in town including West Rose, Ellicotville Brewing Company, Dinas, The Banq, and EBC Tap + Bottle & Taqueria to name a few. We popped in a few local stores on the way home and always love shopping small. Holiday Valley is also minutes away for skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and more. I hope you all have a chance to visit!
