Can you believe it’s already February? Valentine’s Day is right around the corner, and I always love making something sweet to enjoy at home or share with coworkers, friends, and family. Today I’m sharing two super simple treat recipes that can easily be adapted for any holiday. My mom and I make these all the time, and they’re always a hit with guests. For Valentine’s Day, you can even pick up a few cute treat boxes to make them perfect for gifting on the go!


WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEX MIX

Ingredients:
- Rice Chex
- Tiny Pretzels
- M&M’s
- White Chocolate Chips (12oz bag)
- Seasonal sprinkles
- You can also add peanuts if you’d like!
How-To:
- Lay parchment paper down on your counter top
- Pour out Rice Chex, pretzels, and M&M’s
- Mix together
- Melt the entire bag of chocolate chips
- Drizzle over the top and mix together
- Add sprinkles and let rest until chocolate has hardened, break apart and enjoy!
SALTINE CRACKER TOFFEE

Ingredients:
- Saltine crackers
- Butter (2 sticks)
- Brown Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
- Semi-sweet chocolate Chips (12 oz bag)
- Toppings: I personally just used sprinkles but you can also add things like m&m’s, nuts, drizzles, etc!
How-To:
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Line a baking sheet with foil and lay out saltine crackers
- Melt 2 sticks of butter and add 1 cup brown sugar in a pan- stir it consistently until the consistently resembles a thick caramel (typically about 3 minutes). Remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over the saltine crackers and spread evenly.
- Bake until bubbling about 5 minutes.
- As soon as you remove from oven sprinkle over the semi-sweet chocolate chips and allow to melt
- Spread chocolate evenly and add toppings
- Add to freezer to chill, break apart and chill.
- You can store it in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week!
